Paint sources

Hi, since I'm stuck in the house and am running low on paint what is a good site to buy paint that offer most of the colors? I rewarded myself with a Tamiya m40 self propelled gun for $90 including metal barrel and shells (I told myself I deserved it) and I certainly don't want to wait for paints.Propeller

GMorrison

My favorite is Scalehobbyist.com

I just today recieved a shipment from them. They are open, busy, and shipping.

Sprue Brothers has a decent paint selection. I recieved my last order from them a couple weeks ago and it was very fast, shipped same day.

Expect lots of suggestions. Everybody seems to have their own favorites.

Micheals locally is order onine pick up curb side around here last I knew. We have three stores within 20-30 minutes drive time each. So that can be a go for me. My local hobby guy might be doing the same thing and maybe Hobby Lobby too. But Micheals since I'm on their rewards program I get coupons ever day of the week, sometimes twice a day, so if they have what I need I'm likely using them. But that's just me . Nothing wrong with online places either though, especially for bulk orders.

I have been in Scalehobbyist.com web page, I went looking for sail boats to see what was new, what I found was the same Revell 1:72 pirate ship that I purchased from Amazon for about $95 plus about $15 for shipping being sold for about $155. Is this the trend of this place? I loking to buy paints. Are their paints prices competitive?

The best I've found, and the service is top notch. I usually wait until I can order a bunch to justify the shipping or combine the paint order with a kit or two. Bargains on Amazon are few and far between; IMO you were very fortunate to have snagged one.
