Mr. Color Leveling Thinner

In my experience it's almost instantaneous drying.  It depends on how thick you put the paint on of course.  I aim for a mix that looks wet when it goes on but dries flat - it takes a bit of experimenting to get that right.  When I get it exactly right, part of what I have painted will be dry when I finish the rest of it, but sometimes it will take a few minutes.  Now, if I'm going to do anything like masking it, I will let it dry overnight at least but better 24 hours.

I've been using Leveling Thinner for Tamiya paints for maybe two years. It works great for my situation; long warm season and low year-round humidity. I don't have any problems handling the work within an hour except for spraying at cooler temps, then to be safe I'll let things sit for a few hours or overnight.

Suggest you try testing it at your customary thinning ratios and conditions to see what works best for you.

I haven't had to wait overnight. I spray the Gunze lacquers. I sprayed Gunze's Mr Surfacer primer cut with levelling thinner about 4 hours ago. I was handling it after the paint session. Started playing kickball with the lads , so I'm just now masking.
