i now have a really clean airbrush but the air is not adjustable any more. the triigger does not go up and down. i took the valve apart and added a new spring. i think the washer for the spring is still there. tried it with quick disconnect and without, same issue.
thanks

Remove the air valve assembly from the airbrush & attach to hose Run compressor Manually depress the knob on top of the valve Get air?
If you do it's not the valves fault Reassemble making sure that the socket on the bottom of the trigger engages the ball on the top of the air valve assembly.
Badger offers lifetime service & tune up warranty on their brushes. Labor is free. Parts are 60% discount. You pay $12 for return shipping for up to 3 brushes. I've been satisfied with badger's service. I need to pack up my 360 Omni and 105 for an annual tune up
Does the trigger move forwards and backwards? Does the needle move as well? Perhaps there was some paint or solvent that dried on the top of the air valve?
Just checking; you did reassmeble correctly?
John
Did you get solvent on the little rubber O-ring? If you did, it can swell and jam. If that's what happened, let it dry out a few days and it might shrink back to size. Look at the photo on this page to see how the valve goes together.
