Actually if you do a general browser search on this exact topic I think it will lead you right back to this site to relevent threads already covering that. That is it will do it faster than searching here. Back in the day Pactra had a color similar, maybe you could take Testors light blue and doctor that up. Those planes faded anyway, I've seen pictures with a mid blue to baby blue on the real planes. I know I'm not being much help but maybe this will bump your thread and someone will come along with an exact match for ya !!

That's good advice. Use your favorite browser, include the term finescale, and it'll get you where you want to be very quickly.
