I was just wondering as I was in process of ordering/buying Tamiya 10ml 0r 23ml bottles.

Im new and no expert but 10ml in my experience should cover several 1/48 scale planes with Tamiya acrylic.

It depends on the size of the plane and how many coats you put on. For a fighter, the above advice is good.  If you are doing a 1:48 B-17 or something, one bottle might not be enough.

It's a Tamiya 1:48 F4F. I do have a Paasche H on the way. Will have to practice with it a bit first.

One 10ml bottle of each color will be more than adequate for a 1/48 F4F.

Now like Don said above, if your doing a large aircraft say like a four engine bomber in a single color such as aluminum, the 23ml bottle is a good idea.

 

F is for FIRE, That burns down the whole town!

U is for URANIUM... BOMBS!

If the 23ml bottle is available get it. Its always good to have around and the price is better
