MRP clear

I like to thin everything before shooting it in the ab. Mr Leveling thinner is fantastic specially shooting it straight over any lacquer paint except alclad. Mr Thinner shot this way seems to melt things leveling and producing an extra smooth coat, specially gloss coats.

Thanks.  I've been pleased with MRP and figured I could just shoot straight from the bottle.  Thought I would check here first.  For sure I'll give them a go.

I use their full line of clear coats, and they shoot great without thinner.  Just today I also tried brushing the Super Clear Matt to touch up a few little spots where Future and epoxy had gotten outside of where I had attempted to put them, and that worked well too.  Knocked the shine off those spots.  Couldn't airbrush it at this stage of the K-36D ejection seat detailing since I had used the epoxy to create the lenses in the gauges on the sides of the headrest...wanted those to be shiny.  I just touched it on with the brush though.  Don't know if it would have started dissolving the MRP Matt Black if I had started actually painting it on.  Definitely like airbrushing the clear coats instead of using rattle cans...a lot more control over where it goes and how thick it gets.
