Absolutely.  Tamiya primer is lacquer, so you can use any kind of paint over the top of it.  If you're airbrushing, any paint can go over any primer/paint, as long as you're not using your airbrush like a firehose and you allow proper curing time of your paint layers.

Testor Enamels over Tamiya Primer
Posted by IBuild148 on Friday, February 11, 2022 8:42 PM

Good evening,

Getting ready to start Tamiya's 1/48 Stuka.

I found some old testor enamel RLM colors (used my paint shaker to make sure they were still good) that will be used for the exterior.

My question is can I use the Testor enamels over tamiyas primer?

Thank you
