                        3M Accuspray Air Flow Control Valve, 16573

                        I'm looking to see if I can use this with a standard Iwata airbrush, I use this with a mini spray gun for large priming by Iwata with larger connections

                         

                        i sent the image to postimage but Im unable grasp exactly how it works

                        I don't see why not.  You just need the right connectors to the compressor and airbrush hose.  There are increaser/reducer couplings as well as metric to inch fittings.  Your hardware store should be able to provide what you need.

                        You will also need a moisture trap.  You can get one with a regulator as a single unit.  The regulator you mentioned does not appear to have a moisture trap.
