Another Paasche EZ-STARTER Question
Posted by Cory on Monday, February 12, 2024 9:42 PM

Does anybody know what size the connector on the airbrush itself is? I know the one that connects to the Pressure Can Regulator is M5*0.5 but the one to the airbrush seems to be a little bigger and I'm not sure what size it is. I want to use a different hose to one of my other airbrushes which are a little more flexible and much less stiff than that cheap plastic hose that comes with the airbrush but I don't know what size of an adapter I would need to connect the airbrush to a different hose. The size on the hose is 1/4 BSP and I need an adapter that goes from the 1/4 BSP down to the size that will fit the connector on the airbrush. Thanks in advance for any answers.

You can get an adapter Paasche to your BSP. Paasche has their own proprietary thread. I've never owned the EZ Paasche but it probably has the same thread as all other Paasche airbrushes ( I own an H and a VL)..

Badger also is proprietary ( I own an old original 100). Just list Badger or Paasche in your case, Iwata etc as the thread size, to whatever thread you need to go to. You can get adapters at Amazon. Or quick disconnects for that matter. Spray Gunner probably has them as well.

Here's a page on Paasche's web-site showing the different adapters they have available.  You can use that as a reference for putting together something that works well for you.
