if you have the larger #3 or #5 needle, i would try those and see if you have any better luck. ive never had a #1 for my H, but i would imagine that the pigment in model paint may be a little large for that particular set up. or, maybe thin your paint some more if you dont have the #3. i personally have never had good results using mm acryl but thats just me. there are others on here that swear by them. i have found too that when you thin the paint, lower the psi down atleast under 15 and work it lower until you get it dialed in. i no longer use the H so this may not be good advice. you may have to wait for some real advice. i do know that when i got my iwata hp-c, it had the .3mm n/n and it was very difficult to get the thin line with model paints, then i converted from the .3mm n/n to the larger .4mm n/n and havent looked back. it works great. later.
