Searched but didn't find. How to paint photoetched parts?

I'm new to brass photoetched parts so - Sorry for simingly basic question:
How and with what paint to paint these? I tried yesterday and paint doesn't stick very well. what's the secrect? Confused [%-)]

Like Richard said, Welcome to the nut house!

PE parts are metal, not plastic, so for regular modeling paint to stick you'll have to prime them with a primer that will adhere to metal. Krylon works well, and it's cheap and available at most department stores.
