As others have mentioned, the SG only has the 1/32 oz. cavity and is designed for very fine work. I have the 200 SG for that purpose, but the only drawback is that it is single-action (I much prefer double-action for sheer control). It sounds like you want something a bit more versatile. I also own a Badger 155 Anthem which I am quite happy with. Its only drawback is that it is a bottom, not gravity, feed, and therefore it only works well at 15 psi or higher. Still, it covers a range of needs, and many of the Badger parts are interchangeable, making replacement very easy. I know other people who like the Crecendo, but I've never tried it. My next airbrush purchase will probably be an Iwata--very similar to the Anthem design, but much smoother (and not that much more expensive). Then I have to find the silly adapters . . .

Airfan, like 1337 I would better go to a larger cup ( sg or lg ); you could also consider Thayer & Chandler, be it Vega or Omni; take a look at Coast airbrush as they seem to be a little cheaper than Dixie : http://www.coastairbrush.com ; I think that Mike V said that he could get good retail prices on Badger; you'll find him mainly on Airbrush forum; anyway, did you see the Sparmax models and prices at your LHS ( local hobby shop ) ?

get the badger 155 if you like siphon feed, get the 100 if you like bbq feed, and any t&c you want.

airfan: dont get the sg, get the lg. bigger cup, only like $5 more, and it only comes with 1 nozzle and 1 needle: you specify as medium or heavy or small.

I would consider Sparmax very seriously if I were you as thay look closely to Iwatas and they could be one of their guises ( without guarantee as I had not them in hand ). Take a look at http://www.iwata-medea.com to compare the airbrushes you saw with the Iwata range. Read the booklet of the Sparmax airbrush to see if they are manufactured in Japan which could be a clue. I saw Sparmax airbrushes at http://www.melspray.com and at http://air2art.com.au . By the way, Dixie sells Sparmax compressors with Iwata adaptators, another clue. If I speak you of Iwata, it is because they have a good reputation. Read all the posts you can read and don't be afraid to ask.

I am new to this forum and haven't got time to read everything. I haven't seen Badger or Aztek airbrushes so far. Our stores sell only Paasche and Sparmax airbrushes so far. There are very few scale models stores here and I hope they would sell more and more things.

nah, the paasche is ok, i prefer the paasche h or vl. or badger. badger is always good.

Did you read all the posts about Aztek being crap ? My opinion is the same, only changing the word "Aztek" by the word "Paasche VSR90". I would chose Badger or German airbrushes if I was you ( due to your location, I imagine that Iwatas are overpriced )
