You may live in a dry climate where the humidity in the air is usually low, or you may just be lucky. I drain my tank after each use and there are usually a couple of ounces of water that have collected in it.

i don't have a moistrue trap, i run a piston type 33psi and i never had ANY moisture run down the 10' line.

You nailed your own problem. Any time air is compressed the moisture in it is squeezed out. That moisture randomly gets picked up and spit out in the manner you are seeing. A moisture trap will almost certainly solve the problem.

Mate, if you are airbrushing in conditions like a "humid monsoon season" you definately need a moisture filter. I think you are spot on in pinpointing your problem. By the way, I clicked on the link in your post, very nice models.
