Remeber to not just push the bottle assembly into the siphon-tube and start painting. Always push it in and twist it back and forth to make sure it is in there good and firm.

Plus it lets them slide OUT as easily as they slide IN. Nasty thing to have happen over the top of a model.

I had forgotten all about that one and it is the one thing I dislike about bottom feed brushes. I had a bottle fall out of the airbrush once while painting an R/C body. Not a lot of paint got out, but laquer on Lexan doesn't come off easily. And admittedly it has only happened once in 10+ years of using that airbrush. I did learn to make good and sure the cap assembly is WELL seated Smile [:)]

1337,

You don't need to do that as they are taper fit.
T-shirt artists have 20-30 airbrushes with bottles connected and nobody uses Teflon tape on them as it is unecessary.

here's a tip. put a LITTLE teflon tape on the sides, so it fits in better.

I have one that will fit either my Omni 3000 or my Badger 200. I used it once or twice but spent too much time worrying about spilling paint and went back to bottles. They don't get in my way very much anyway, and I've got the tube set so I can suck 'em dry Smile [:)].

I bought a color cup for my old 200 a while back. They are a friction fit and no cap. After many spills, I gave up and bought an Omni 4000.Approve [^]

Any siphon-feed airbrush will accept color cups or bottle assemblies.
