Go to www.dixieart.com and you'll find several airbrushes for around $60.
As to cleaning, all of them are relatively easy to clean. Just blow some thinner through them and you are pretty much done. Tear them down occasionally and soak the nozzle in thinner overnight to get any dried up crud out.
I go to extremes with mine. I normally tear it down completely at the end of a day's painting. It takes about 10 minutes to tear it down, clean it, and reassemble it. But, of the two that I have my Badger 200 is easier to clean than my Omni 3000.
I don't own an Aztek, and never have, so I can't speak from experience. From just about everything I've read here, you should avoid them. Several people have reported very good luck and results with them but the majority is on the opposite end. For $60 you can get a lot more airbrush than an Aztek.
