Just got a IwataRevolution HP BCR R2100
Posted by Anonymous on Friday, June 11, 2004 4:39 PM
Hey all I just bought this Iwata Brush because it was in my price range (got it at my LHS because I was there). I have looked on the usual suspect sites to get info on the brush and can't find it. It puts out a pretty heavy, wide stream of air, but haven't put paint through it yet because it didn't come with the bottom feeder cup. I don't know what size tip or needle is in it or what I should expect for spray pattern sizes. It feels good though and for the $100+ I shelled out for it it will be my brush for quite some time. Anyone (MikeV) here know what size tip and needle come outta the box with this and if there are different sets I can go with on this brush if it is too big. This is a double-action gun too, wouldn't go any other way.

Thanks for the help,
-Jeff

I think 1337 meant to say it is a .5mm. Wink [;)]

You bought a nice airbrush , now to be a bit sarcastic, can't help it; $100+ for a entry level bottom feed airbrush and no bottle for it..Nice. That being said it is a good airbrush and sprays better than you would think.

Yeah I know...I thought the bottom feeder was in the box. It has airbrush cleaner, canned air, a tiny wrench that I dont what its for, a hose and an air valve to be used with canned air, but no feeder cup!!

She went back to the LHS today and I have another Iwata in the shopper cart online at bearair. Cnat remember which one I went with but it was a hella lota cheaper then my lhs has them for. After finally finding my first brush online I realized my lhs had a $50+ mark up on it. I love my lhs, they have it all and I do mean it all, but I will go elsewhere for my airguns.

thats very good advice for anyone woodbeck3. i cant help but to slip past the airbrush section in hobby lobby or michael's and look at the price gouging going on there!!! they want $105 for a paashe VL at hobby lobby, and over $90 for a badger anthem at michael's!!! RIDICULOUS!! always shop online for airbrushes and parts. and the cheapest place i've found most of the time is dixieart. later.
