After a long and exhaustive search, I finally was able to replace, through the kindness of a fellow modeler on this site, a beloved 1/48 Airfix Buccaneer kit (no rivet-counters, please. I know the kit's many shortcomings, but if you've seen one built-up nicely, you will know why I wanted to replace it so badly)
Unfortunately, as I said, my references are scant, as are my finances, so I'm wondering if there are any Buccaneers on the Web that might help with my detailology. The color callouts on the kit, though quite numorous, only cover Humbrol paints, and, while I like Humbrol in small doses....no, not an entire Humbrol model. While I want to do a Desert Storm machine, I have no idea what the euqivalent model paint would be for the entire fuselage.
