I recently bought a Badger 150 and I was testing it out. I had no paint, and i was just spraying compresed air through it. I had a peice of cardboard sitting there, so I sprayed sum air at it. The nozzle was about 6 inches from the board. I sprayed a little and I heard a pop noise. I kinda stared at into space wondering what it was, when I looked down at the cardboard. It had a nice big hole in it from the pressure of the air. My dad saw it and immedietly turned the pressure down on our compressor. I lauhed to myself later about the incident. Luckily I didn't blow any models away using it. I'm lucky none of the parts weren't damaged from the great pressure. I guess the air came out so finely it puncutred a big hole in the board. I got a good laugh and a lesson to turn down the psi before I start spraying.
