with proper thinning youll have no prob. You want your paint to be about the consistancy little heaveir then milk or cream.

Metallics are no different from other paints in that respect. Just clean your airbrush after you use it and don't let the paint dry in it and everything will be fine.

I've had problems spraying some metallic paint through my airbrushes and I think it's just because the metallic particles are just too big. The paint may not spray properly, but it won't hurt your airbrush as long as you keep it clean.

I use an Eclipse too. I do a 100% clean after every color, but many people say it's not even necessary to do it that often. Find some mini brushes that'll fit up in that nozzle and through the gravity plumbing. I think there are some nylon, washable q-tip things in hobby shops, or Badger dabbers. My cleaner brush is now Butler GUM Proxabrush... no more pipe cleaners.
