Stripping MM metalizers?

i recently had to strip some alclad and krylon gloss black, which are both lacquers, and mikeV recommended oven cleaner or castrol super clean. i had the oven cleaner sitting around the house, so i sprayed the subject down real good, placed it in a zip lock bag over night and viola!! i took it to the sink and took an old toothbrush and it came off like hot butter!! i had to scrub a few places, but for the most part, it came off fairly easily. if its MM metelizers, just put some masking tape on it, it'll come right off!!!LOL later.

Don't know about all of them, but the rattle can stainless steel will come off easily with plain old alcohol. I use a lot of it and that's how I get rid of it when I mess up.
