I asked at a local shop, and I was told that Testor had increased the minimum shipment at which freight to the dealer is free, and so many dealers were waiting longer to reorder. It also may be that the place you live is restricting VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) and so the retailers may be forced to change their selection. It may also be that they are just sold down after Christmas and haven't restocked yet. Ask your hobby retailer!
