Airbrush labor is free for life, they only charge for parts.

I orderd a Thayer and Chandler air star V airbrush compressor, that badger sells, from towerhobbies. It was 240V, which is not too practical for me to use in my apartment without an expensive converter. I talked to the badger rep and he said for me to mail it directly to them and he would send me one that uses 115V, free of charge.

I forgot to post this earlier when Tominator said about Badger sending him the book in an earlier post..... but this reminded me...

I got not one, but TWO books in the mail when I emailed them that I lost mine, both came nicely packaged the same day... I guess they figure if I lost the first one they sent me, they would save me the trouble of emailing again by sending me a second one in advance...

yea theyre customer service rocks!!!
i bought a anthem off ebay and it didnt come with instructions, so i emailed them, i had a reply within 12hrs and like 1337 said, its in the mail free of charge!!! they didnt even ask where i got it from or anything like that, just where to send it.....
after that, im glad i got a badger :)

I agree, their service is top notch. I sent them an email inquiring about an accessory, and had an answer in an hour including the part number and where I could order it from.
