I use the 360 mostly as a siphon feed. but find the gravity feed valuable as a way of doing small parts and touchups without having to use a whole lot of paint.. a few drops for a touch up or a bit more for that small peice you want ot spray...

yeah the 155 should do you fine... the 360 has gravity feed which allows you to go with lower pressures (no having to suck the paint through a straw to get it to the airbrush) but with the metal color cup I dont think you'll have a prob...

when the cup is mounted to the brush, the paint flows DOWN into the feeding tube so gravity still lends a hand.. and it only has to be sucked up a short distance to make it to the spray assembly...

If you have a Michaels or model shop near you I recommend going and holding a few different airbrushes to see what feels good in your hand... a good brush does you no good if you aren't comfortable with it... it's only going to be as good as you let it be! (your learned skill will be more important than which brush you use)

the 360 is the same as the 155 except the head on the 360 swivels to form a gravity feed cup. too bad it can't hold as much paint as a dedicated gravity feed can: only about 1/2 an eye droper full

I thought i might get it from youcanshopsecure.com. is that a good place? but until then, i'll keep my contempo because it's better than nothing. is the 360 a lot better than the 155?

well I had an Aztec too... then got a Badger... ends up I posted in the airbrush forum asking who wanted it and could use it the most... so I sent it to a guy here from Singapore.. ended up costing me maybe 11 dollars to do that for a person that has no real airbrush and was into modelling..

At least when you get your badger you can get SOMETHING out of your Aztek... post a message asking who could use it the most that doesnt have an airbrush and at least it can get used by SOMEONE!

Especially some of the younger guys on allowances might take you up on that!

where ya thinking about getting your 155 Tankmaster?

Just curious because prices vary GREATLY. I paid 65 dollars for mine because I am impatient but I think the whole set, airbrush hoses, bottles etc costs maybe $59 dollars, no shipping charges from dixieart.com

If you have a Michaels near you look for the 50% off coupons in the Sunday paper every few weekends, (in between it is only 40%.) you can get the whole set that way for about 65...

but yeah... it is a good brush... if you can find the 360 (Badger 360) it is the 155 but it also does gravity as well as siphon feed.. I wish I had gotten that one instead but I can't gripe about the 155 ONE bit!!!

I currently am using an Aztec Contempo. I was just wondering, is it just me, or is this a really bad airbrush?
