cheaper thinner
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, October 12, 2004 9:39 PM
does anyone know of a thinner I could use for cleaning that won't damage my airbrush aside from the expensive hobby shop brands. I thought I heard talk of this before but I couldn't quite remember what to look for.

Thanks,

Mahoney

If your airbrush is impervious to solvents, you didn't say what kind it is, use laquer thinner for laquer or mineral spirits for enamel. For acrylics, water, Windex, or MikeV's elixer of 2 parts distilled water, 1 part Windex, 1 part Simple Green.
