Quick dry-brushing question

Can oil paints be used for dry-brushing?
Thanks, Tankmaster

Any paint can be used to dry brush, but if you're refering to artist oils, their slow drying characteristics make them less suitable than enamels or acrylics, IMHO. Artist oils are great for blending, not so great for dry brushing, but they can be used.
