Anthem Color cup?
Posted by Tankmaster7 on Saturday, November 20, 2004 6:16 PM
http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/bad/bad50-0482.htm with this color cup, would I be able to use the 155 as a gravity feed?
Thanks, Tank.

Tank, the 155 comes with that exact color cup in the box with it... I use it for detail and small jobs. While not exactly gravity feed it is still a blessing in that you can get down in lower pressures with it and use less paint for small jobs.

1. it's a lot less distance to suck the paint into the brush

2. there is some help by gravity in pulling down on the paint which allows a little assistance to get it into the brush...

but yeah, it acts a lot like gravity feed... not exactly but it makes it better... (p.s. all the siphon feed badgers come with this)

Take note that it does not have a cap on it. Paint quick or cover it between uses or your paint can start to dry in the cup.

Not all of them ... my 200 didn't have one. Neither did my Omni 3000 although this is technically a Thayer and Chandler brush.

Thanks. Tat's really useful, because i dont want to have to mix up a whole big batch of paint for some small detail work... When I use my aztek in siphon feed mode, it always needs a WHOLE lot of paint to work. That's one of the things I like about the aztek though... It can be either a grav or sighon feed. The 360 universal is more than I'm willing to pay though.
