MM metal paints (not the Metallizer products)

i am wanting to airbrush MM metal paints. these are the enamel type of paint and not the metallizer kind. is this possible?? if so do i need to differ the thinning process??

any and all info on this would be greatly appreciated

It will depend in part on your airbrush. Metallic paints have rather large pigments that may not spray well through some of the finer airbrush nozzles. In most cases they will spray just fine though. The same rules for thinning apply as they do for any paint; thin it enough so that it will flow and still give proper coverage.

I use the same thinner ratio in the MM enamels and metallic's to airbrush with no problems so far.

They are designed for airbrushing & work just fine. Depends on your AB & compressor settings, but I find they need very little thinning. I much prefer Alclad2 metallics, but the non-buffing ModelMaster metallics are very good.
