                        I for really tough dirt I use a wash that a japanese friend send me, insert the part for about 20seconds take out and rinse, finished.

                        Great stuff, but haven't seen it anywhere online.

                        I fthere isn't too much residue, you could rub it off with a q-tip i think. that works for me.

                        Thanks. Didn't realize that you had to scrub them. I've been wathcing the tv commercials where the grease just floats off the dishes and thought that it would work here too.

                        I soak them in water & dish soap mix, then give them a scrubbing with an old toothbrush & rinse in running warm water. Works OK for me.

                        Did you just soak them?? Most of the time you will also need to scrub/brush them with an old toothbrush.

                        Can anyone tell me the best way to clean resin parts? I am working on a Verlinden interior for a King Tiger and soaked the resin parts in dishwashing liquid for a number of hours, but this did not take the residue off the parts.
