Aztek Customer Service, part 2
Posted by Keyworth on Tuesday, December 28, 2004 7:21 PM
I few weeks ago I posted a thread about Azteks's response to a trigger spring failure in my model 470. Well, the day before Christmas I recieved a brand new, still in the wrap 470 with yet another letter from Aztek apologizing for any inconveniences. Not a bad deal out of it all: one model 430, one model 470 and an assortment of suction feed bottles for the cost of a couple of postage stamps and a letter. I'm one of those guys who likes the 470, so the customer service only adds to my current high level of satisfaction with this company and their products.

Wisdom is the right use of knowledge. To know is not to be wise. Many men know a great deal, and are all the greater fools for it. There is no fool so great a fool as a knowing fool. But to know how to use knowledge is to have wisdom. " Charles Spurgeon

That's the kind of service that makes it all worth while. As long as companies take care of their customers I'll keep going back to them.
