Make sure the lids are on tight & if you open & use them, make sure you clean the lip of the bottle so you don't get paint in the cap threads. Avoid storing in very cold or hot environment. Normal room temperature is ideal. I store mine upright with no problems, but i know some who like to store them inverted. I keep them separated by subject ( Luftwaffe, RAF, USAAF, US navy, etc.) in small plastc box containers.

I have only a few colours, but I spoke to my LHS guy, and he said that as long as the lid is on securely, and the bottle is not kept in adirect sunlight, it should be fine at room temperature for a few years.

Like the 2 post before me, I make sure the threads of the bottles are wiped clean, and the lid is on tight, and stored at room temperature. I've had no problems with paint that has been stored this way for several months.Thumbs Up [tup]Big Smile [:D]
