Air pressure

I use a badger 200 and a badger 360 with model master enamel paints. What is the best air pressure to spray with? The instructions that came with the 360 say 30psi but that seems a little high.

There is no "best pressure" to spray at, only preferences.
If you want fine line ability and little overspray then use the lowest setting you can get away with. The 360 in gravity-feed mode will spray at 10 psi, but in siphon-feed mode it will probably need 18-20 psi.
The higher the pressure the better the atomization of the paint, but it also results in more overspray. Experiment and see what works best for you.

I have a Badger 200, and I usually paint at 10-15 psi. 30 psi seems like severe overkill. Off the top off my head, I'm not even sure that my Badger compressor will actually deliver 30psi.
