Good varnish.

Hi everyone. I am looking for a good gloss varnish product to apply to my models that will seal in the decals but also serve as a protective barrier against grubby fingers and dust particles etc. I mainly use tamiya acrylics and aerosols so it would have to be applied on top of those paints. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dan

I haven't seen anything called that over here. Is it the same thing as Johnson's Klear?

Also would I be able to use turtle wax on top of the Future or Klear?

I used Klear a couple of times but it wasn't very glossy, it had more of a satin look to it which is not ideal for my project (Tamiya race rep motorbike).

Thanks.

Future and Klear are the same thing. The more coats you put on the shinier it gets. I have heard you can put a wax over it. Usually once the Klear/ future dries not much can harm anything that is under it.

Hope this helps.
