well I did find the FS number on the Vallejo site, it listed as 25095 which I couldn't find a match for... but 35095 is listed as Royal Blue... which is the flat equivalent of 25095... so if you can search for royal blue and how to mix it with Humbrol you are set! You'll just need to semi-gloss it if the colors you mix are flats...
