I thin it with Tamiya thinner. Very very slightly. Approximately 3-5%.

I've been using it for years. I mix it 1 part Windex 3 parts Polly Scale then airbrush at about 15 psi from 4 to 6 inches.

I've had good results with distilled water. I'm not too scientific about the ratio, but usually around 10-20% water.
