After much vasilating and research I decided on the Iwata Revolution CR - It's fairly reasonably priced up here in Canada at $80.00 CDN (about $65 USD) for the small kit. To go with it, I'm going to snag the Iwata Sprint Jet (seeing as how, after research here, I realized that the smart jet's auto shut off is sort of pointless at the PSI that's going to be used for airbrushing models).

I'll have to start by building the spray booth though - using a fan from Grainger (up in Canada http://www.acklandsgrainger.com) and some plywood etc.
Hopefully once all that is complete I can actually start building again *smirk*
