That's gloss dark gunship gray. The one at the beginning indicates gloss (2 indicates semi gloss, 3 indicates flat). Look up FS-36081 on this chart:

and it will give you the cross references. You'll need to add a clear gloss coat after painting (and before decaling!) though.
