Yup, that's the same one I've been using for the last five years! (Tamiya HG Trigger, but with the smaller metal paint cup)
It is indeed a very versatile, very easy to use AB. I'd recommend it to anybody!

i think it should be easy to clean from the instructions provided. Tamiya said you can just get a cloth and block to nozzle and the thiiner will backfire into the paintcup and cleaning the internals

and then unless the paint dried in the brush, then tamiya recommend disassembling everything to clean

A friend of mine gave me an Aztek because he wasn't happy with the way
it was working. WELL... after I cleaned about 5 differant colors of paint out of it
it works beutifully.
I've been playing with it all day, and let me tell you a whole new world opens up
with good airbrushBig Smile [:D]
have fun with it

I been looking at tamiya brush like J-hulk has with the smaller cup at coast AB. They have the full line in their case right inside the door.

well, I'm glad SOMEBODY has decent results with an aztek shrugger. I disliked mine a lot. BTW, that looks like a really cool AB jayn.

The Aztek is my first AB, I know there are much better ones but for free it can't be
beat. After playing with it for a while I was able to get down to about 1/8" spray patern
(or a about 1 1/2 millimeters for you other folks) so i'm very happy with it

make sure when you back flow the cup with thinner, you don't have your eye down there to watch.

Seriously, though, hold the cloth over the cup as well. It will blow the thinnner out of the cup; or wear an old shirt.

i am actually very surprised the ease of use for the double action airbrush..initially, i filled it with tap water, i was pulling on the trigger and see no liquid come out, i thought i didn't set it up properly. So i pulled and pulled and looked a the nozzle...ooh my the mist is soo thin!

after about 30 minutes of playing, i am very comfortable with the brush already, i can draw squares, different shapes! I thought it will take me much much longer to at least know how to spray it lol
