i got home from school today and finally saw my box from dixieart! i got my Badger Universal 360. man that thing is certainly a step up from my beginners Aztek. whoo its hefty. feels indestructible. sadly, just holding it is all i could do. i do not have a compressor yet, and my lone can of air does not fit the hose. man! BUMMER! i cant wait to use it! i cant wait to finish everything now!

haha I know the feeling... when I got my badger I ran straight out and bought the only compressor I could find at the time... one of those Testors blue ice compressor (it works but be patient and get you a better one, believe me!) once you get that compressor and get some practice in, the sky's the limit! congrats on your new purchase!!!

I use my 155 with the blue ice. I personally like my blue ice a lot. Besides the minor fact that it only delivers 16 psi to me, but that works just fine for general coverage IMO. Tis also very quiet. Great brushes the 360 and 155, they're like bros. Oh BTW they are not quite indestructible. Pretty close, but not quite. (Aske me how I know.) OK fine, mine wasn't destroyed, but it need one h*lluva cleaning.

rufio: Do you e-Bay? A decent compressor can be found there, if you do a little homework. I bought one for $45 (USD) from a "surplus/salvage" place. It was returned to the store because one of the plastic covers over the gage was missing...works just fine! Replaced the plastic cover for $2.

I personally like the compressors with a small tank (2 or 3 gallon) that give you a continuous, non-pulsing air source.

Congrats on your purchase...my Badger 155 just arrived today, can't wait to use it. (Got the flu, maybe tomorrow)
