What PSI do you start with?

I just got a new air compressor. The old compressor had no regulator, just a fitting with a set screw. I set it at " that seems about right". The new compressor has a regulator and gauge. What PSI do you start out with?

15-20 for normal, 3-10 for details

also it depends on your airbrush a little too... a siphon feed would have a little trouble (assuming you are using the bottle with the tube in it) down real low...

whereas a gravity feed would do it well...
