you could use all the way from polished aluminum, aluminum, dark aluminum, white aluminum, duraluminium... basically anything with aluminum in it...

I have the regular, dark, and duraluminium right now, I might get the wite aluminum just in case I want to go lighter.

Alcad II Question
Posted by kielers on Friday, May 6, 2005 3:54 AM
I'm looking at applying a NMF as well as a NM base coat for chipping. While looking for the types of Alcad II paint to purchase, I saw a lot of different shades and colors. I don't want to buy shades and colors I'm not going to use. So my question is:

Besides the gloss black primer what Alcad II shades or colors are best for WWII allied/axis aircraft?

I want to do an all NMF with different shades/variations on specific panels of the aircraft.

Thanks for your help.
