Humbrol Matt Varnish

Does anyone use Humbrol Matt Varnish, #49, as their 'flat-coat' on a kit? What ratio of thinner to varnish do you use, if at all? Good results?

Thanks-

I have used it ALOT. I mix mine with Lacq. Thinner about 50/50 and spray around 20 psi. Works great.

I also use Humbrol matt but just thinned with mineral turpentine (can't give exact dilution just until it happens to spray well) and at less pressure 10-12 psi
