Sir,
If you could email me some info on the brushes, I might be interested.

huskerguy,

You may very well love the feel of the VL as there are many guys who like them along with the Badger Crescendo which is the same shape. I have fairly big hands too but I found I liked the smaller diameter airbrushes like the Vega and Omni.

Let us know how you like it when you get it my friend. Wink [;)]

Thanks for the info, Mike. Maybe the bulkiness will feel better in my big catchers mitt hands. I just got so fed up with the Aztecs, i had to make a change. I havent been airbrushing all that long, so maybe the problem was "pilot error". As long as this is easy to clean and keeps painting, i will be happy as a hog at a trough.

The VL has been around for a LONG time and is still real popular amongst airbrush artists and modelers. Parts are easy to find normally and they are well made. The only pet peeve I have with them is the feel of the bulky body and trigger action. They are too bulky for my tastes even though it is the airbrush I learned with. Big Smile [:D]
The trigger is not as smooth as the newer designed airbrushes but it is pretty good. The trigger plunger has a hinge on it that is a pain to get lined back up with the hole it goes into, but you get the hang of it after a while. I personally would have bought an Omni, Vega, Anthem or Eclipse, but you chose a pretty good model there anyhow. Wink [;)]
