I have recently started using Tamiya acrylics exclusively and I 've found that Windex works great for airbrushing as well as brush painting. The Windex retards the drying of Tamiya so that it is very effective during brush painting. The same benifits are present when airbrushing, and I was able to achieve comparable fine lines when spraying camo schemes on my 1/72nd scale jets. 91% Isoprphol works great too, however paints dry extremely fast...airbrushing is very good, seemingly better than the brands' own thinner. Windex is are very good cleaner for Tamiya as well. I usually thin Tamiya 1:1 for airbrushing. Happy modeling!
