                        I have an internal air blockage somwhere between the inlet to the body of the brush and the tip. (Brush is Paasche Model H that I have used since 1978). There is more than ample compressor pressure and it is not a paint or cleaning problem. Some air comes out but at very low pressure or volume. Before I retire this comfortable old relic I want to see if I can get a few more years of use before I have to retire myself.

                        If it was me (I have been taking things apart since I can remember just to see how they worked), that's what I'd do. Take it apart, give it a good clean (pipe cleaners and the like) with appropriate thinners, possibly get new "O" rings for a good seal and see how you go. I know, it becomes a sentimental thing...

                        Years ago I sent my Badger 200 for repair for just this problem and if I remember the fault was just an O ring as Giobosco suggests. If you don't wish to take it apart yourself send to a Paasche service agent I'm sure they would be only too pleased to help.

                        I also have the same issue with my badger... just needs a new O-ring.

                        Welcome to the Forum Stan

                        I would not only second what the other guys have told you but recommend you go even farther. I believe Paasche has a basic overhaul kit for your airbrush which contains all the o rings and seals for it and the instructions for replacing them. Your airbrush is old enough that the seal/rings have more than likely hardened, shrunk and/or cracked from age.
