                        I have had the same exact thing happen to me. I have the Iwata Eclipse HP-BCS. If you look in your manual, it will show an exploded view of the AB. I've found that the best way to get it clean is to take apart the air valve section. I just use tweezers and unscrew the air valve guide (the little cap that keeps everything inside). Inside, you should find a spring, a pin, and the air valve guide body. I think it's the pin and the body that needs to be cleaned. It always works for me, hope it works for you.Wink [;)]

                        Thanks, I have this lube stuff called super lube that I just found in all my junk, and i used it, and so far its doing good.

                        Im using the Iwata HP -CS top gravity feed airbrush. When I go to painting, I push the button down, and it gets stuck sometimes in the down position, then it slowly comes back up. Ive dismantled the whole thing and cleaned it numerous times, yet it continues to do this. One time it pushed down real smooth like it should, then I went to paint something, and it got stuck.
                        Ive tried at various airpressures, and thats not it. Its almost like theirs paint built up around it thats causing this resistance, but Like I mentioned, ive completely cleaned it out, even looked at with a manifying glass and saw no paint build up or foreign debris.
