Like it says in the title, this is a new one on me.
Two ship anchors, built sanded, filed and snded again. washed.
Into the spray booth, tamiya grey(yes I'm English,lol) primer, both anchors done.
Ones is dry, the other refuses to dry! I will need to sand and redo as it nows has finger prints, going on 3 days now!
Both parts we're kept together in the same enviroment, low 70s RH at around 50%.
I don't get it? if I sniff the wet anchor(stop sniggering at the back) it's still evaporating solvent.
