No relation to pigment size & color that I know of. Pigment size is a matter of how fine the pigments are ground. The pigments used in hobby paints are quite fine, which contributes to the higher cost of the paints. But even finely ground paint pigments will clog in the very fine tip AB nozzles, which are really intended to be used with inks.

I've read a lot about the relation of pigment size and how fine tips nozzles may clog. Is there a relation between color and pigment size? I.e. is there a table out there sorting colors from smallest pigment size to largest or vice versa?
