                        Couldn't tell you which grade of Mr. Surfacer, but it works as a small imperfection filler

                        I posted this in the tools and techniques forum and was unsuccessful so I'll try again here.
                        Is this similar to Mr Surfacer and if so which grade? Does anyone know what to thin/clean up with (all instructions are in Japanese) and is it a liquid filler (my assumption) or a primer. Help please - thanks.
