where to order pressure regulator + moisture trap?

Stang you can go to Wal-mart, Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, any hardware store just about and get a trap and a regulator. Most of them are sold seperately so that's probably why you're not finding them as a set.

One of my painting rigs has a regulator only. The moisture trap is located in-line, in the hose that goes from the regulator to the airbrush. These in-line traps can be bought separately: Micro Mark sells them, Badger makes one, and Paasche hoses can be bought with or without them. They work quite well.

When you get your rig, blast away and enjoy your painting.

I agree with Eric ..... hit the local hardware department and you'll find what you need without the hassle of ordering on-line.

Which one did you buy? I bought mine from a hobby shop about 10 years back and it is great. It is a Norgren moisture seperator/regulator similar to the Paasche one on Dixie's web site. Norgren makes really good filters.

Norgren is an excellent pneumatic equipment manufacturer as is Speed-aire.
If all else fails you could check Grainger or McMaster-Carr (industrial supply) though they might be a bit pricy for the hobbyist.

Check Harbor Freight Tools....excellent products at a low price. I shop there all the time (to the remorse of my wallet).
