I use a Paashe H with the #3 tip for Alclad2. That works great, but I haven't tried it with the #1 tip.

I am not sure, but I think I sprayed Alclad with a 0.15 Evolution without problems. i would not try this with metallic enamel, but Alclad is very thin. The answer is: experiment.

Probably. I don't use Paasche brushes but haven't had very good luck trying to get metallics to go through the fine tips on Badger brushes. I usually use the medium tip or, in the case of my Omni, the only tip that's available for it.

I've got Paasche H with fine tip nozzle. Should I get a wider angle nozzle for airbrushing metallics like Alclad II?
